Editing, playback, and export run locally in your browser. Your video files are not uploaded to make the editor work; timelines scrub and render from your device.
Your account profile (email, display name), your projects (timeline documents and their media files), and your plan and usage state are stored in Aulyr's cloud backend so your work follows you between machines. You can delete projects at any time; deleting a project removes its media and renders.
When you press Generate, the audio track of your timeline is mixed down and sent to our transcription processing to produce captions, then the temporary audio file is deleted. Translation sends the caption text for processing. We don't use your content to train models.
Payments are processed by Whop. Aulyr never sees or stores your card details; we store your subscription state (plan, status, renewal date) to unlock your plan's features.
Aulyr uses sign-in session storage required for the product to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
